The construction of a new internal two storey porters room, meeting room, kitchen and toilets. The refurbishment and redecoration of 24 corridors internally and externally, and refurbishment to the basements. New external works including the resurfacing of the carpark. New mechanical and electrical installation throughout. The contract was phased within the reception area, corridors and carpark as the building remained occupied at all times and despite the discovery of notifible asbestos the contract was completed on time and within budget.
